1) I charge a 25% non refundable deposit for all house/pet sitting bookings, this is payable at the time of booking.

2) Payments for daily visits and dog walking are payable either in advance or on the day.

3) Dogs must be sociable with other dogs, people and children. I am unable to accept dogs with aggression problems towards people or other dogs.

4) Dogs must be leash trained and safe to walk without undue pulling.

5) I will only exercise your dog off the lead if I have confirmation from you the owner that your dog has good recall. Therefore the owner accepts full liability for any loss or damage caused.

6) You agree to supply enough food, cat litter, and anything else that your pet needs for the duration of the booking.

7) Pets must be in general good health and up to date with all worm, flea treatments and vaccinations.

8) In the event of an emergency I will try by all means to contact the owner, failing this I will accept the advice of a veterinary surgeon. All veterinary costs will be the sole responsibility of the owner.

9) I reserve the right to decline or terminate a booking.
